"I had a new garage door and opener installed, and I'm happy I chose to use this company. Just about everyone was friendly and helpful, both in the office and on-site. The installation was done well. The installer had some issues, but other team members made things right. Overall, it was a good experience. One thing to note: it took about 3 weeks from the time the door was ordered until it was ready, but installation was scheduled quickly after that. I wasn't in a hurry, so this wasn't an issue for me, but it might be for someone else."

"I would give a 6 star review if I could. I called KG because I had an electrical issue that had nothing to do with my gate. My electrician couldn't figure out the problem so he told me to ask if it was the gate causing an electrical short. Josh came out & confirmed that all his equipment was working properly. Then my electrician comes back & asked to talk to Josh to figure it out. Josh answers his phone WHILE ON VACATION!!! You can't get that kind of service anywhere. It was a bad GFI outlet. KG Doors has been responsive since the installation May 2015"

"Craig came out and took measurements and discussed various options. I had two other estimates, one higher, one lower. The reason I chose Advanced is they were the only ones who dug the post holes to 42", not 36" as the other two. Our city does not have codes regulating post hole depth, but I was told that 42'"is considered the frost line. Also Advanced was the only company that suggested having 4" x 6" posts on the hinge side of the 6' gates. And they guaranteed their gates for a longer period of time than the others. The crew worked efficiently/quickly, cleaned up the site nicely. Upon completion, there were some boards that needed to be replaced. Todd agreed and the crew came back out to replace them. A minor adjustment to one of the gate latches was also made several months later. All in all, a good experience."

"I received a few quotes from fencing companies. My husband and I decided to hire Flores Fencing. The quotes I received from the different fencing companies were pretty similar as far as cost but we decided to go with Flores Fencing because they were the only company that seem enthusiastic about getting our business. Emanuel however, was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Wilfredo was great at addressing my questions or concerns about my project. The workers were efficient and after completing the installation of my fence and gate, they made sure they left my yard pristine. Wilfredo, who is one of the salesperson, came over to help the workers to make sure the work was completed in one day. He even took it upon himself to fix a gate that was not part of our project which he noticed needed a simple repair. The fence and gate they installed looks absolutely wonderful. I am so pleased!
