"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

I used home advisor and they recommended Ally roofing I was called by Jacob he came by took measurements survey the situation and got back to me with an estimate in a timely manner. I said do you actually work in the snow they said actually we do so that really made me happy luckily they didn't have to work in the snow but there was snow. they sent a crew of four guys to actually construct the actual roof and within a few days I was called again as a and was asked if I was interested in having a metal roof at no extra charge instead of shingles and of course I said yes my project looks great I'm very pleased I would definitely hire them again the workers were nice cleaned up after everything was over would recommend 100%."
