"We had BlueLine out to repair some siding and soffit that was loose. It was a very small job for them, and I appreciate them taking time to do it. It did take longer than I would have expected to get someone out for an estimate (almost 3 weeks after we called to request one), especially for such a small job, then took close to a week after that to actually get the estimate. Apparently, they prepare and send estimates out in the office on Mondays. I wish they had told us that when they were out, though, because we were on a short timeline to get some work done prior to closing.  <br /> Once we did get an estimate, it was less than a week to get them out here. They showed up promptly as scheduled. He realized he didn't have a piece he needed and had to go get it. Unfortunately, his truck broke down.
