"I found JT Concrete a very competent and capable company with competitive and reasonable rates.  The owner, Justin Traver, is a very professional and experienced tradesman.  He was very prompt in giving an estimate, returning phone calls, scheduling and keeping me informed on all aspects of the project.  I appreciated the fact that he wanted the job to be done in the best way possible.  For example, he up-graded to a more expensive product needed to insure a proper job on a problem that could not have been foreseen at the time of the estimate.  But - he did not "up-grade" the contract price.  This was appreciated as well as was his professionalism and work ethic. "He was great!  I called him in the evening and he arrived early the next morning so we could get the car out of the garage.  He fixed the spring temporarily so we use the door until he received the replacement spring.  He arrived back the next day with the new spring, installed it, lubricated it and showed us how to lubricate in the future.  He also repaired part of the rubber that was dislodged at the bottom of the door.  He was exceptionally knowledgeable and nice to work with.  He even provided dog biscuits for my two dogs.  I will certainly use him in the future.
