It actually took less time than expected and he applied two coats of paint to the powder room. He also hung an antique mirror along with the new towel rack and toilet paper holder. He cleaned up after everything was done and I can actually close the cabinet door properly for the first time in two years. We were going to replace the outside light but I purchased the wrong size. He removed the lights, bought bronze spray paint and painted the old lights which look like new. They would have had to be special ordered but that saved me a lot of money. I will definitely use them again and am making a list now as to what I want done next."

"Dan and his son Tyler did an outstanding job. The basement was broken up in separate spaces including a 22' by 7' area which will double as a plant room during the winter time. He installed a counter and sink in this space and added a floor to ceiling built in bookshelf. To close off this area from the main space, he also installed a barn door which looks great. In the main area the work was done to perfection. The bathroom is a little jewel and we could not be happier with the work that was done. Dan and Tyler also went above and beyond when they moved furniture from the main floor to the basement and also put up additional shelves for us. After power washing, they went over the whole house filling cracks with silicone, covered the windows, pulled back mulch and protected bushes from overspray.
