"After seeing the fantastic job that Sasha and his team at WELES US FLOORING did refinishing the floors in my son's home we decided to get him to come out and give us a quote. In this day and age we were pleased to see that Sasha responded to our initial contact promptly, and arrived at our home exactly when promised. We found Sasha to be courteous and professional. We requested that Sasha give us a quote to refinish the floors in our large family room, our kitchen, the eat-in area, bathroom and hallway. He clearly explained what the process would entail, provided written explanations of the process and materials used, and made suggestions without making us feel pressured. After he left we decided that we would also like to have our ceramic tile entryway removed and replaced to match the rest of the adjacent wood flooring. (It was a "now or never" decision.) He took time with us, describing in detail the types of materials he uses for each stage of the process and explained pros/cons of some popular brands. Liam's team works quickly and efficiently. The scheduling process was very smooth, and he always responded to our texts/emails quickly and professionally. He confirmed the scheduled date a couple of times as it was approaching, arrived on time and completed the project on time as promised! One small logistical lapse that we realized in retrospect was that we did not finalize the details of whether the floor would be patched with a wood putty before the wood finish was applied. It turns out that, if there are a few imperfections that need fixing, this step is not part of a standard refinishing procedure.
