"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"I had a problem with my range and Morris County Appliance came and fixed my range same day. Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend. I’m very happy with the service provided."

"I recently had my garage door repaired, and the technician did an outstanding job. He arrived right on time, quickly identified the issue, and had everything working smoothly again in no time. What really stood out was his professionalism and customer service — he was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. It’s rare to find someone who’s both highly skilled and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’m very satisfied with the repair and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing garage door service! Or anything else that needs fixing"

"Sal arrived as scheduled to repair my dryer. He had previously explained what the cost would be, unlike other companies that cave me a range and wanted to charge me just to look at the appliance. Sal explained to me what the problem most likely was and made the repair within minutes. He was professional and efficient."
