Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. This response is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering Long Home Products for their home improvement needs to think twice. The combination of poor workmanship, overcharging, and lack of customer service has left me extremely dissatisfied. I hope this review helps others avoid the same negative experience."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company. Joe did a fantastic job going over all of our options and explaining the entire process as well as what to expect. Bree was helpful and professional. The workers were quick, friendly and easy to talk to. They made sure to clean up at the end of each day and check in with me to be sure I was satisfied with their work before they left. Our son has special needs, and this bathroom remodel was to ensure he could become more independent in a safe environment. Alex made sure we added all of the needed safety features to ensure our sons safety was top priority. Our son is now able to shower on his own and he actually wants to get ready for bed! Before Living Baths, we had several quotes and sat down with other companies. Living Baths was the only company that we did not feel pressured to make a decision.
