"<p>Basile cut my lawn every week.  They were prompt, dependable and always did an excellent job with all trimmings cleaned up.  If for some reason I needed them to skip a week (new grass) it was easy to just send an email and the schedule was immediately adjusted with consistent communication about the change.  </p> <p>I also had them install metal edging on two garden beds. Installation was clean, secure and as planned.  (I laid out the string as a guide.)  I was disappointed that on this job, while the edging was installed properly, there was no attempt to clear the surface of grass within the edging.  For the $400, they did what I would consider the minimum necessary to complete it.....but I had to go back later and finish the surrounding area.</p> <p>I will use their service again next summer for the lawn.  Good response and customer service attitude from everyone in the company.  </p> . <br />"

"Project was for my elderly mother.   We had difficulty getting a contractor who was willing to do a job this small and still pull the necessary permits for St. Louis County.   We received multiple bids, and John's was the most favorable, as well as the one we thought would do a good job. <br /> John showed up when he said he would; he was very professional and conscientious - as well as upbeat and happy, which helps :-) <br /> He showed up when he said he would; dealt with the inspectors; he also performed some of the work with his site super (Brad).  They worked with the inspectors. <br /> We also had an issue after the job was finished with a dryer vent came loose on the outside; John came out to fix the problem right away, even though he had already been paid. <br /> No extra fees; very happy with the result. <br /> Final cleanup could have been slightly better: but 30 mins with a broom and a mop and it was taken care of ; I was glad to have a reliable contractor who was willing to do a job this small. <br />"

"My driveway was very discolored with some pock marks, and it was detrimental to the appearance of my home.  Based on other reviews and pictures, I decided to resurface the concrete with an epoxy stone coating.  Gary Meyer of ESI was very responsive to my request and came out to examine my property.  He explained the whole process to me.  He also arranged for mudjacking for my walkway and driveway to prepare for the project.  The work was completed in a professional and timely manner, and there was no mess left behind.  The finished product was gorgeous.  My family, friends and neighbors couldn't believe how good it looks.  I have received many compliments, and it has greatly improved the overall curb appeal of my property.  I would highly recommend ESI. "
