"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

"Called Greg and he came out a couple of days later and gave me an estimate. I asked if he could finish the job by a certain date as I was going on vacation. Greg said that this would not be a problem. I called Greg and hired him to do the work a couple days later. About a week passed and Greg said he would be starting Friday morning. Friday morning at 8AM the crew was here working diligently. The crew removed an existing paver patio; prepped and formed the patio to my specification; installed the aggregate; then poured 5 yards of concrete in 1 day. My 80-foot driveway is newly paved. They used a bobcat to transfer the concrete from the street to the back of my house. They made 10-15 trips and not a single drop of concrete on my driveway! Greg stopped in Friday late afternoon to check in on the crew and my satisfaction. The crew returned Monday (they were going to work Saturday but we had storms all weekend). The crew fixed the yard where the bobcat tore up the sod. They used a great grade of top soil, seeded and covered with mushroom mulch. What a fantastic job. The crew was friendly, attentive, detail oriented and focused on getting the job done. If you need work done, do not bother calling anybody else."

The cost estimate was very reasonable, lower than others, and I thought I might expect lower quality work. To my delight, the F. I. not only did a good job, but indeed a superb job and I am more than happy with their work. "I had a few concrete steps that I wanted to have repaired before an upcoming home appraisal. (Also, I was growing increasingly worried that I or my mail carrier were going to twist an ankle.) Because the job was a repair, I had a difficult time finding a company willing to come and give me an estimate. After many calls and either outright rejections or no callbacks, Ken from RJL called me and said he could come out the next day to give me an estimate. He was prompt and his estimate was fair, so I told him to go ahead and put the job on his schedule. He asked me when my appraisal was and worked to finish the repair job before that date. The work was only completed today, but it looks great (way better than the patches the previous homeowner used) and he paid great attention to detail in his work. He was efficient, respectful of my time, and genuinely concerned about the quality of the work he was doing.

"Simply put, Bob (the owner) and his crew were awesome in every measurable way. They score a 100 points on a 10-point scale as far as we are concerned. To begin with, Bob responded to my voice-message within an hour or so...he visited the project location the next day, and provided his written quote within 2 business days. Bob also maintained communication during the period from my initial call to the morning that the work began. Based on DELL'AQUILA PLASTERING's current workload at the time, a tentative date less than 2 weeks out was agreed upon, subject to us completing other work (wiring, plumbing, etc). Bob maintained excellent communication, and called to confirm the start date and arrival time. Bob and his team arrived at 8:30am as promised. Once the drop-cloths were installed from the entrance to the bathroom by the workers, there was a continuous flow as the work moved right along. The project was completed on time and under the budgeted estimate (WOW!). Cleanup was exceptional, as there was nothing that would indicate that a sheet-rock and plaster project had just been completed. Beings how I was not in a big hurry I told Mike he could come pour the floor on a rain day as it will be inside and he cold use the sunny days for any other outside work he had.
