"They sent one person out and he said he didn't think we had a leak going to the home but thought there might be a leak out in the pasture water line since there wasn't a shut off valve going out that way. He had another appointment to make so said if pump quit working or water started coming up out of the ground or we got a sinkhole to call back. I took my horse drinker apart and there was not a leak there but no water getting to it so was able to pin point a smaller area to look. Call again and gave them some more information and they sent out another employee to check it out. He came and checked the pump again and put in a shut off valve to the pasture so we could see if there was a leak or if it was the pump. That determined that it was either the pump or low water resevior in the well, we had them replace the pump and everything is working fine now. They we considerate and polite, was very concerned about the water since we had animals that needed water, plus human needs. I would recommend them to someone else."

"Very professional! They have done two different jobs. The first was a problem with my sewer line backing up. They found that it was full of tree roots. The plumber worked for hours cutting through the roots. It was a long, hard job and he was determined to get it cleaned out. The second job was to clean the kitchen drain. Obviously, the previous owner dumped lots of grease down the drain. It was a lot to clean out. The cost wasn't bad considering that the tree roots ended up being a day and a half project."

"The report was very professional and detailed. The response was fast. The price was expensive but due to the detail, understandable. I wouldn't hire again due to multiple requests for a completed report and estimate for the mold remediation and just getting robotic replies that didn't answer my questions."

"Professional service and demeanor. Was willing to use the wax ring I had bought. Everything went great. No monkey business or BS. He took time to strategize with me on future plumbing changes that could be made more cost-effectively when the bathroom gets remodeled in a year or two. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."

"Saturday, my basement was flooded again due to fittings being improperly secured. This was the second issue I've had with this particular tech, after he was doing some electrical work and knocked a shelf from the wall containing some antique items. That said, they are a good and reputable company, and did what they could to make it right in both situations, paying for my destroyed valuables. They've always treated me well in the past."
