"We have used Justin with Elite Exteriors twice. They painted our home and installed new porch columns in November-December 2025, and most recently completed a privacy fence. The fence turned out great-straight, exactly what we asked for, and the craftsmanship is solid. Justin is knowledgeable and kind. That said, the experience was frustrating due to poor communication and scheduling. Cleanup that was included in the contract was delayed, and I was not given timely updates-even after reaching out. Reliable communication is just as important as quality work, and that piece needs improvement. I would consider using them again if communication improves."

"Andy has done quite a lot for me at my home. On this occasion he came in and took out sink/vanities in both my bathrooms complete with facets and put in new. He painted both bathrooms. He installed two new cabinets above my toilets for more storage, and installed two mirrored cabinets above the vanities. I never felt that I needed to keep on him. He worked the whole time he was here and did an excellent job. I have had him here to my home several times for inside & outside work. I foresee him coming back in the very near future."

"Handyman Pro Solutions did an excellent job repairing my fence. They were very thorough when discussing the repair process. They also listened to and addressed all of my concerns regarding the maintenance and longevity of the fence after the repair process. They even took time to research a question I asked when they didn’t know the answer offhand. After completing the repair work, they left my yard clean and even took the time to fill in some low spots in my lawn with dirt that was leftover from replacing some of the fence posts. Now that my fence has been repaired and restained it looks brand new and I am very happy with the quality of their work."

"They was the best priced and came out quickly which was a plus. Downside is for correction I had to chase them. The mud wasn't sanded enough to blend in. It could been the lighting since the bedroom was dark but I used a light to check which they should have also done. Paid $300 over insurance quote. Versus $800 for the next lower quote. Would gladly pay if the work is done right. Nothing more unusual than any other company. American craftsmanship is not on par with the European standards."
