"Terrible experience ? a year later, our windows are still not fixed. They are not even one star worthy. Avoid Alta Windows at all costs. What was sold to us as ?expert installation? turned into a yearlong nightmare. Wrongsized windows, inexperienced crews, sloppy workmanship, endless delays, and multiple noshows. Several of their own installers admitted the windows were improperly measured and installed ? yet nothing ever got resolved. We were promised fixes, new windows, compensation? none of it happened. Communication was terrible, and the owner stopped responding entirely. After a full year of excuses and unfinished work, we had to file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (they are scheduled to come to our home in March 2026) and are preparing legal action. Save yourself the stress ? choose literally anyone else. Please see our full review on Google and Yelp. "
