"We have used them several times before in the past for carpet cleaning, which they did a great job on.  I think they did a great job.  Called at 7PM, he arrived around 8PM that night and stayed until about 9:30 PM by which time he had vac'd up as much water as he could, installed the fans and dehumidifiers.  He came back the next day to check to see how well the carpet was drying.  I called them a couple of times to get some assistance with the process and they were prompt in calling back.  After two weeks you can't tell we had any water - no smell, carpets clean and tight.  I highly recommend them. <br />"
