Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

There was no rushing He was very patient. Mind you I am a senior and not once did I feel I was being taking advantage of or pressured. He explained the materials they would be using. When I did decide to use him he came back out went over everything again and later that evening called and confirm that his team will be there next morning between 7-8. By 7:30 the team arrives. I also went up on the roof myself and saw the extensive damage to the T&G roof deck firsthand.
