I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

The workers that showed up arrived on time and worked quickly. We reached out to Pinnacle Roofing to inspect my roof and they pointed out some areas that needed major attention and provided options of repair versus full roof replacement. "Very happy with the quality, timing and price. Good communication as well. The old roof had to be removed from both the main house and detached garage. The house had multiple layers of shingles that needed to come off and the garage also had the original cedar shingles in addition to the many layers of asphalt shingles. It was very messy getting the old roof off but the crew was really good about cleaning up. At the end of the first day the yard was a clean as it was before the work started. The entire job took only two days and the crew was able to start work the same week I signed the contract. Because less plywood was used than was quoted, the final price was even a few bucks less than the contracted price I agreed to. So overall I am very happy. Was a really smooth and easy project compared to past home projects."
