"In the sea of contractors I've contacted for many different jobs in my newly purchased home, D&P Floor Sanding & Refinishing stands out among them. Daniel is courteous, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, highly skilled and takes his work very seriously. He explained each step, and the reason for what he was doing. He showed up on time and even worked 10 or 11 hour days when it meant having the floors ready properly for the next day's work! I did not have very high hopes for my floors after the house flipper from whom I purchased it gouged and then drowned the damage in puddles of dark stain. Daniel promised to do his very best and I am thrilled with the results, which went above and beyond even my highest expectations! The floors are absolutely stunning and I could not be happier. He vacuumed and cleaned up everything, better than it was before! Daniel's price was competitive, so I know it was fair. I would not hesitate to recommend him if you need to renew or restore worn, flawed floors. He even patched holes and put in a plank of wood that was missing at the top of my basement stairs! Thorough, polite, skilled. and takes pride in his work. What more can you ask for!?!"
