We were getting our house ready to be put on the market for sale and needed a lot of work done. One of the owners, Leo, personally listened to what we wanted and wasn’t intimidated by a big job. Leo understood what we wanted and was respectful of the fact that we wanted to stay within a stated budget to get the job done. He was honest about what he could and could not do within the budget and made appropriate recommendations to achieve our goals. We had the entire interior and exterior of the house painted, drywall work, ceiling repair, back yard fence repair and stain, carpet laid throughout the house, garage floor epoxy coating, new bathroom and wall fixtures installed, a new screen door and a few other things. L&D Painting & Remodeling handled every aspect of the job professionally and the workmanship was top notch. Additionally, Leo and his staff went over and above, working late into the night, to deliver the completed job in a very short turnaround because we wanted to put our house on the market ASAP. They did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend L&D Painting and Remodeling to anyone who wants fast and quality work at a fair price!!"

Surfaces were power washed, all seams were caulked, some minor wood repair was done. Also, as we were getting new gutters, his team removed the old gutters. I might have been able to paint the house for less, but I doubt I could have gotten a better job done. This was quality work."

"Work was completed and results were excellent. As with any major remodel, things seemed to take forever, but this is not a knock on Kevin and his crew. Everyone was courteous and helpful and made living in the home while a major project was going on as comfortable as possible. If you are going to have a major project done as large as we had ($55K +), you ARE going to have a mess and you ARE going to get frustrated, but this will happen no matter who your contractor is. I would highly recommend Nolen Contracting for their professionalism, good communication and overall excellent quality workmanship."
