"The pricing was straight-forward over the phone. No games. I had called several plumbing companies, and they were not able to come out until a week later. Really? One company gave me an estimate for $165 to unclog the bathroom shower with no guarantees that the shower was going to drain, and I still had to pay for the service. Really? My problem is always with the main line, and it was very clogged due to the branches. I knew my shower needed draining also since there are no filters. Another company was going to charge me a trip charge (which I understand), but as long as the trip charge was going to be applied or waived with the services done. The company refused since they still need to make a profit (totally understand), but I made it clear that I did not want to pay more than what I needed to, I will pay a fair price and I will not undermine any professional's work. I don't appreciate when people do the same with me. So, Drain Dr. was fair and very professional. The technician was very thorough in explaining, and with the job also.
