The name Eric Vanderlip showed up on the screen as a highly rated contractor and he lived close to us. A quick call brought him out the following day. He told us because of COVID, getting materials and workers to do the work would be difficult, but that he was willing to take on the job. So began the restoration of our kitchen. We noticed Eric going out of his way at every turn to make it as easy as possible for us. Often he brought samples for us to check out, so we wouldn’t need to shop and perhaps expose ourselves to the COVID virus. How good it is to see our kitchen back in place, looking even better than before. We recommend Eric Vanderlip highly to our friends and family. "Paul offered a lot of ideas on design and was able to keep the cost down to what we could afford and still managed to get us all our must haves. He also made sure the work was done quickly so we were not forced to live without a functional kitchen for too long. They started quickly once we signed the contract and made the process as unobtrusive as possible, even helping me pack up the old kitchen. The finished product looks great. I wish I had did a bit more pre-design planning on some of the finishes, but overall we are very happy with the work and it has really added value to our home and make it much more functional for our family. They also were good to follow up right away when we had an outlet fail a couple months later--they came right over and worked on it until they found the problem and fixed it."

"Gina was amazing in helping us to pick the most elegant materials to use in the remodel...the backsplash, the carpeting and even the new hardwood floors- i at first was thinking this flooring was to dark, but boy was I wrong..it is beautiful and keep getting comments on how stunning it looks. Gina help me pick the colors for my walls and even help me pick out wallpaper for my powder room that is like art. She gave me the contact to hang the wall paper and Brad was amazing. Once the rest of the finishes are complete, hoping to get on Gina's schedule to stage all of my furniture to complete the showcase of my new remodel. "We called Vic Steiner and we liked that he was a one-person business, explained our project and asked him to give us a bid. He gave us a few options, and presented us with a detailed bid, which we thought was very reasonable. He estimated the job would take about 4 days and we could tell he really knew his craft. He kept us informed daily what his plan was for each day. The job entailed re-positioning a set of double-doors, framing, sheet rocking, mudding and taping the stair encasement wall for paint ready, trim for a single door, the double doors, a new set of folding doors for a laundry area and a lighting circuit with 3-way switches. He was very pleasant, trustworthy and took great pride in his work. Top of the line craftsman! We are hoping to hire Vic to do our bathrooms this summer. We would recommend him highly!"
