So generally how it works is this, it's $99 per appliance to come out and diagnose the problem and give you an estimate for the repair. We offer a automatic 1 year parts and labor warranty on replacement parts. We don't order parts from websites. We order all our replacement parts from reputable parts suppliers so we can warranty the original OEM parts installed.

He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom.
