He took pictures, and noticed my furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and recommending replacing since carbon monoxide may enter the building and he showed them to me and he worked out a plan and made sure he was able to replace damaged ductwork, install a new gas furnace and even add an additional vent in the biggest room in my home.
