He installed a new timer, changed multiple broken pipes and sprinkler heads, and spread fertilizer to nourish my dying grass. The best part was when he demonstrated each watering section explained in detail how it will maintain a lush lawn going forward. "Fernando is the owner and landscape professional. We asked him for a quote to remove and trim many trees and shrubs and landscaping our front yard. The Front yard had become overgrown because our gardener did not have the time or wherewithal to maintain it. Fernando gave us an estimate for the job which was quite high, but he told us he would do excellent and complete work and would maintain by coming twice a month the cut the grass and trim the trees and bushes, so we agreed on that basis. He did a good job of removing the unwanted trees and bushes. He went with us to the nursery to buy new plants and did a good job of planting and fertilizer. Afterward, he came only a few times and then stopped coming or answering my calls. In the few times he came, he charged extra for repairing sprinklers and trimming the large trees, complained he was spending too much time, changed the monthly fee to a per visit fee that increased the price about $20/month, and tried to sell me on additional high-cost services like additional tree removal. He was good on the initial job, and I would recommend him for one-time trimming/removal/landscaping, but I cannot recommend his lack of professionalism, failure to maintain the landscape as he promised, and the high prices he charges."

"I had hired Leo once before and he did a good job. However, for my recent job, he received a downpayment for my job and never returned to finish the job. Kept promising me would return to finish but never did and then he did not return my phone calls. He left piles and piles and piles of debris for me to dispose of by myself and his helper trimmed the back hillside very very close and it looks like it is almost dead. I told them to trim around the edges only as I have a drip system and did not want them to step on it which they totally disregarded and did it anyway and now my plants look like they are dying. I trusted Leo but he is not to be trusted. He took my money and just left me high and dry. He cut down half of a tree that he said should be cut down as it would hit my fence but only did it halfway and said he would return but he never did. He left everything half done after he got some money from me. So disappointed in this man who I thought was honest. He is not to be trusted. My husband has had a stroke and being his caregiver I do not need to have any more stress that this has caused me. Now I have to find someone else to finish up his mess. He took out a dead miniature tree and was to replace it with another bush which he never returned to do."
