Experienced Handyman & Skilled Problem Solver\nHello I am a dependable, hands-on handyman with a broad range of skills and a practical approach to solving problems. I believe in taking the time to understand the issue, finding the right solution, and doing the job properly.\n\nMy home improvement and maintenance experience includes interior and exterior painting, preparation, sanding, masking, and power washing, including the use of professional hot-water power washing equipment. I also handle many common household repairs, including toilet repairs and replacements, leaking sinks and faucets, hot water tank replacements, and copper pipe repairs and sweating.\n\nIn addition to my home repair skills, I have 30 years of automotive mechanical experience, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, identifying problems, and making repairs. That experience has taught me to pay close attention to details, think through problems, and find the root cause of the issue.

"Even though the water was off and I said he could take his time doing the job, he wanted to come the same day.
He did the work, bought supplies, showed me the cause of the leak and allowed me to watch the pipe being glued and to see it was not leaking before refiiling the dirt.
On another occasion, he replaced the heads of all sprinklers and fine-tuned the settings.

"Darren exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to hire him. I gave him a rather complex problem to work through and he did an excellent job of problem solving with electricity, plumbing, and construction. He held very high standards for his work from the beginning through to the end of the job. He's also very reliable showing up when he says and following through on everything he promises. The billing was also prompt and the price was quite reasonable. I appreciated the care he took in doing the work, going beyond, and tiding up afterward."

"They did a great job, reasonable pricing,"
