Their best quality is their constant communication, you always know what's going on and when, and they are extremely responsive. Anything that we weren't happy about, they wanted the opportunity to fix and did. We had some hold ups with waiting for parts, but that was more about the lag time in being in the queue for busy contractors (and those parts being discontinued in the meantime), not negligence. They stuck to their estimate, no creeping up of costs other than things we discovered when the walls came down which were discussed with us first. I think the best recommendation is that we went back to them after the first job, and we'll ask them to bid again when it comes time for the kitchen!"
