As we were replacing a clay tile roof with asphalt shingles, Eugene & team did a great job covering up some of the tan lines the old tile roof left on our paint. The reason for the quality ding: There was an issue with air flow to the roof we discovered years later and Eugene has been very responsive to help get the roof air flow dialed in appropriately. Once the air flow update is finished I will be sure to increase the quality score up by a star or two. He's a great friendly and timely roofer who I'd recommend for anybody in the area."

The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. "Some damage to our Hardie board siding had occurred following a roof replacement about 5 years ago. Over time the exposed board edges (where the roof line and flashing tuck under the siding) continued to deteriorate and needed to be replaced. We reached out to 5 different contractors in our area - 4 of which said the job was just too small. High Cascade came out on a Friday and gave us a very reasonable estimate to remove and replace 3 entire sections of siding. Astonishingly, the work was started and completed the following Tuesday. The 2-man work team were courteous and respectful of our property. Their workmanship was first-rate. All together this was an excellent experience working with Joey, Sam and the High Cascade crew.
