"I described the projects I needed done over the phone and Charlie was eager to come over to give me an estimate. I took the morning off work to meet him and walk him through what I needed done. He came by (nearly) on time and was friendly and let me describe the work I needed done, then said he would have an estimate to me later that afternoon. Apparently he had my email down wrong, because it took 2 weeks and 4 phone messages with him and his office before I could get that email. When I finally did get the email, there was no estimate- only and explanation that they no longer had the resources to work on my project. Working with this company was a waste of my time."
