"My moving experience. I met with Chris Adams to outline the household move I was contemplating. Chris was receptive to my needs and we put together a plan including timeline and expense estimate. On the date selected Chris and crew came and expertly protected my items, moved them to his truck and cleaned up the house. Delivery (to multiple locations) was on time and the unloading was done efficiently. There was no damage to my goods and items were located in the rooms specified. My final billing was exactly as Chris had estimated!"

"This is not a company that operates in a legitimate manner. My first contact with one of their representatives included assurances that their company handles all aspects of an interstate move. Totally incorrect. World Class Moving and Storage (WCMS) contacts out the pick up, loading, delivery and unloading to independent contractors. They require payments at various stages of the process, as stated in the contract, yet in our case the payments went to three different organizations. They do not accept credit cards for any payments, contrary to the notation on the Angi site. If you do not pay exactly when required, they stop all their work even if you have already paid a majority of the contracted amount. If you dispute anything you end up speaking with some of the most arrogant and disrespectful people on earth. They want final payment even without providing a receipt for that payment. A final inventory was not provided and items were missing. Avoid using this company!"

The first job was helping my dad move from Roy to Maple Valley ? everything went perfectly. The second time, they helped load and drop off a 17ft truck full of donations, which saved us a ton of time and effort. The third time, they disassembled and hauled away an old canopy, cover, and wood floor with care and efficiency. It?s been months of clearing out my family?s home and property, and they?ve truly made the process smoother and stress-free. I highly recommend American Moving Company and wouldn?t use any other movers!"

"PFM is a brokerage company. Quoted me 2k. When actual movers came they said they would have to charge me more right away. Said they would have to load truck to measure. Charged me another 2k. Said they would store my items in warehouse and charge me storage fees and sue me. Upon delivery they said truck as to big and charged me 500 for smaller truck plus 2k. Said I couldn't pay with CC at that point and had to be zelle. I protested but was told they would leave with my items and put in storage charge me 300-500. Then I noticed items were damaged. My 2k lazyboy had a hole and tear. The insurance company offered me 60 dollars for chair. I was negotiating with ibar from PFM. He offered me 3000 dollars to remove negative review. Then stopped communicating. I took the insurance offer. Said I wanted check. Months later I was informed PFM had my check. Told me they could zelle me money. Told them I didn't use zelle. Was told i must not really want money and hung up on me. "
