Mark Bernett arrived right on time. He was very professional and explained all the possibilities. It turned out to be a bad pressure reducing valve. When I asked when they could replace it, Mark said the same day. They did the work and checked everything inside and outside. He even changed out the hot water valve so it would drain more quickly when we do the required draining. This is the second time we've used Mr Rooter and have been very please both times."
