"Brad and his people did a nice job on what turned out to be a bigger, more time consuming project than he estimated.  The job was to clean up the woodlands on a 1 acre lot (tree and shrub removal and general trimming).  The overall results met expectations, however I could not rate them higher due to the big miss that was made in estimating the job.  The owner has a great deal of experience in the business so I did not expect him to underestimate the time required to do the job by 40%.  We paid a per diem, so the cost was 40% more than estimated.  When someone with his experience tells me with "high confidence" that a job can get done in 3 days I do not expect it to turn into 5 days.  In retrospect I would get a firm quote from them.

The crew was good, the equipment was good, the scheduling was unacceptable. Unfortunately there are few options available at the 11th hour. In hindsight, I should not have agreed to the reschedule. If you choose to use this company make sure the original schedule is adhered to, or have a back up plan in place."
