"Friendly staff and installers and reasonably priced. Took a long time to get materials but that is fairly common now. Overall very satisfied with the work."

"Cannot recommend Phelps Precision Innovations LLC enough. They did a complete overhaul of our newly acquired and previously poorly maintained log cabin. It looks brand new but with the same authentic log cabin character Greer is known for. Loren & Titus are conscientious and do the job the right way without any shortcuts. They are easy to work with, have great communication and are talented in construction and remodeling. I am beyond pleased and could not ask for anything more!"

"Dan was great to work with on our total remodel of our vacation home. He always communicated on a timely basis or to notify us of a change or suggestion to improve the job."

"Chad from Precision Title & Flooring responded as soon as I called on August 4th & was at my house on August 8th & completed the repair job to my LVP damaged floor within under 3 hours. Chad was great! He was able to determine how to repair my floor with minimal tear up. Very efficient worker. Thank you Chad"

"Wes and his crew did a wonderful job. Could not be happier with my beautiful new floors. Would definitely recommend red desert flooring."

"I spoke with Josey a couple of times prior to the install date. In fact, she called me within 5 minutes of my request submission on your website! How quick is that? She took the time to listen as I explained my needs and told me they had what I wanted. Mr Courtney came out and showed me samples of available carpeting; I chose one and the price was right for me. The install date had to be rescheduled one day later than I had planned, which ended up working out just fine for me. The install team was quick and professional. They even moved the refrigerator for me. Everyone I talked with was polite and concerned that I was happy with the carpeting and their work. And I am! I would recommend Mingus flooring to my friends. In fact, one of my friends said that he had used them for some laminate flooring in his house and liked the way everything turned out for him too!"

"They were hard workers, fast, and motivated. They did a good work and I could not be happier. They were likeable and affordable."

"They did a really great job provided fair estimate communicate well and met me over the project. The people are very kind and easy to work with. They cleaned up after themselves I highly recommend them and I was very pleased with their work."

"I highly recommend JDS Improvements - for roofing or any other work. (I will be hiring him to do other work around my house later this year.) He removed the old roof and two skylights and replaced them. He coordinated with the HVAC company to remove and replace the roof air conditioner so I was without air conditioning for only a few hours, which, in Arizona is so needed in July! He repaired the inside walls/ceiling that had to be trimmed to accommodate the new skylights. Extremely professional, IMPECCABLE INTEGRITY, responsive, listened and answered all of my many many questions, and accommodated my special needs. His crews are very respectful and after the work was done they cleaned up all areas - inside and outside. When they had to work inside, they put paper on the floors to walk on, paper on the counters, and then put plastic around the skylight opening when they repaired that area. They cared for and respected my house as if it was theirs and left it clean with no trace they were even there. Nothing was too small - the attention to the details was welcoming. Having lived in Sedona for 10 years I have finally found a contractor who does what he says he is going to do, shows up when he says he is going to show up, and not only walks you through the process but also talks to you about possible complications/issues and offers multiple solutions. QUALITY WORK AT GOOD RATES. I know I will never hire any other contractor for any home project I have in the future!! I know that I will never have to worry that the job was done right - the first time!!!"
