Build it, fix it, or remodel it, I can do it all! A one man show that has been doing this my whole life. From growing up on a farm to running a business of various services, I've been "in the business" of building, fixing, and/or maintaining anything and everything that has to do with a home. All jobs figured on my hourly rate, with a one hour minimum. No "set fees" regardless of time. (many companies do this KNOWING that they can get things done quickly, thereby making over $100/hr. on some jobs) I've built decks, garages, homes, and additions. I've remodeled kitchens, baths, basements, and virtually every room in a home. I've ran equipment, developed roads, driveways, and fixed drainage issues. I've replaced water heaters, faucets, dishwashers, washers and driers. Doors, windows, pet doors, and skylights are familiar to me. Various kinds of fencing, gates, and pet containment. "We were going to have multiple jobs done, Siding, facia, soffits, windows and rain gutters with covers. Had good experiences with the girls in the front office and with the gentleman that came out to measure (I even helped him measure). However it was a totally different story with the gentleman overseeing the job. I called in to talk to someone about an issue I thought we might have with insulation and was told I would receive a call, which never came. I went to the office today to put a deposit down and to get clarification on possibly adding to the job and making sure everything was ok. The office gal told Trent that I needed to talk to him. He came out acting put out that he had to talk to me. I tried to explain to him what I thought might be needed. He gave me an attitude and proceeded to argue with me (the customer). I said then come out to the house and see what I am talking about, he then told me he could see what type of person I was and that they didn't want to do our job. Now he doesn't know me from Adam and even if I didn't know what I was talking about he should have handled the situation better. He managed to get me to be as rude as he was and that's not easy. I do not normally express negative experiences, but this was beyond that and very upsetting. I am glad that the company is doing so well that they can treat people like that and turn down decent sized jobs. I noticed that the negative reviews all have Trent as the common denominator. If I was the owners I would take a good look at that. I do not recommend this company especially if you want to be treated respectful."

Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
