Sometimes they don't call/email back, charge too much, don't show up, etc. And so, I look for a contractor I can trust, is a good consistent communicator, meets my budget and does great work. Casey met and exceeded all of these. If I could give him a higher score than an A+ I would. He showed up when he said he would. He texted or emailed me every night for a small check in about the project. He even texted me from the hospital when his wife was giving birth. The guy is committed! His work was awesome. I couldn't be happier with the deck. And to top it off he came in $700 under the original estimate! I originally got three estimates from three different contractors. I am very happy that I went with Casey. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else that asked! I believe you can trust him to be honest, not gouge you on hidden costs or mark ups, and follow through with what he promises. Fernando at Morgan was my main POC on the 2 projects (adding gates to close off our back yard and opening up some space under out garage stairs for storage). He and his team were great to work with, and hit on all of the above. Morgan was a little bit higher in price than other quotes I received, but what we got was great work, good communication and a project that finished on time (excluding the snow event that hit in February). That's worth a slightly higher price point in my book. I will definitely use Morgan again in the future."
