Their receptionist was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come do the work in less than one week. The installer arrived on time and cut the hole, installed the block and flashing, caulked around the edge, in about 30 minutes and it looks fantastic. "Leo came out within one business day of our initial contact to give me a quote and just a few days later was back with his team to start work. My deck is a second story deck with a plywood platform that they tore down, painted & replaced in 1 day in addition to replacing the steps on my stairs. When they came back, the team put 2 coats of a rubber coating on the surface of the deck, built & installed wooden shutters. The next day they started knocking out my new Trex railing system around the deck & stairs. Throughout the project & at the end of each day, Unique kept the workplace clean (the deck is over my driveway), I was able to park in it each time after they left which I really appreciated. Leo stuck to his quote, called to let me know when they were on their way, Leo & his team members were very polite & worked hard to knock out my project in 2 1/2 days whereas another contractor who was working alone quote $1500 more and a time estimate of 4 weeks. "This summer Rudy at RVM All Metal replaced our many years old, multiple layered, torch-down (and who knows what else) roof for us. He and his crew were clean and for the most part careful. Better than I was expecting. There was one plant casualty. A newly planted Bleeding Heart stepped on or smooshed while the old roof was being removed. Everything else went well. Rudy while not always present for the tear-off was always on-site for the installation. In fact, for our house I believe he did nearly the entire installation himself. Something I very much appreciated. I waited until now to write this review as I wanted to check for leaks. Looks dry! The old roof had a leak around the chimney. Not anymore! While a metal roof is more expensive than other options I wanted a low maintenance roof. Our roof is low pitch and we live in a spot that gets high winds. Other options for the low pitch design looked vulnerable to sticks and other debris blowing out of the nearby trees. I also like that Rudy over-builds important elements like the flashing. Rushing a job and building to minimum specifications can be short sighted. Especially, for those of us who live in such a wet and at times very windy area. I would definitely recommend Rudy and his company to others."

"Pete, the owner of Squire Creek Construction, was our primary contact person. We were impressed with his attention to detail and willingness to work with us to ensure the project was completed to exactly what we had envisioned. Pete gave us straightforward answers about expected cost and time. He provided us with several options for the addition and remodel to fit our needs and budget. The biggest expense for our home remodel project was the addition of a sun room. The room required several steps which included replacing three windows, removal of siding on the home and replacing it with drywall, new electrical, and new plumbing. Squire Creek Construction was not contracted to complete the electrical and plumbing as it is not part of their repertoire but Pete was able to recommend several reputable companies. Pete framed the sun room, sauna, and dressing room. He also installed flooring, windows, skylights, doors, and cedar siding in the sauna and dressing room. We bought the sauna stove at a specialty store and had Pete install it for us. Pete also remodeled the deck that is attached to our new additon. He extended the roof line and installed several skylights and a trellis on the end of our deck.
