"They've been terrific. They suggested a unique product without blackout fabric that's installed in tracked to help block light from entering around the shades (Comfortex). They were excellent to deal with throughout, and very likable people. I did have a problem with the product itself: the new shades don't seal properly at the top due to the geometry of my windows, leading to quite a bit of light leakage. Comfortex was awful, refusing to help find a solution. But Designs in Blinds stuck with me. The salesperson and the owner have been out several times to work on correcting the problem for me themselves. I think they're great."
