"It was great - Mark responded to my call immediately and set a time. Was out in a few hours exactly at the time he said he would be here, worked fast on my messed-up (and old/ non-standard) back door. (I'm going to replace the door, but meanwhile need to be able to close and lock it). Put in new deadbolt I'd already bought. Has a very positive attitude and figured out exactly how to make the back door work for now. Now at least I have safety while looking into how the door can be replaced. "Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."
