After many years working in the construction trades industry, we founded JC Construction back in 2004. Our family run company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are a priority and the level of our workmanship is held to the highest standards. "Initial sales process went well. Estimate included itemized pricing of each window. Financing explained (and written) in clear simple language. Installation was when things started going downhill. Our most expensive large bay window was installed with a broken lock. It would was the installer who actually brought it to our attention. We were told customer service would follow up with us. A bathroom screen had a hole in it. Again installer was aware of problem. Overall installation was sloppy. I received an email from a Window World rep requesting a review. We told the rep about our unresolved issues with installation and told her a review would be forthcoming after we heard from customer service. This person apologized and again told us a customer service rep would call us That was on Feb 11 2022. No word yet from customer service. Not happy and cannot recommend."

"I would void these guys like the plague. The original estimate for their "Ice Defense" system was # 3700 and I was told I needed to figure a couple of hundred dollars additional to have their electrician connect the wiring. After the install, I come to find out that their electrician actually wanted over $ 5000 to do the wiring. That's right FIVE THOUSAND ! After a months worth of e-mails and calls back and forth they finally hooked me up with a different electrician that said he got calls like these from a lot of their customers and the cheapest he could do it for was THREE THOUSAND. More calls and more e-mails and they finally agree to split the cost (to avoid small claims court), and the units are finally wired up. Of course by now the first winter is over so I never actually turn them on until the following winter. When I finally do get to use them, my first electric bill is almost $300 higher than any previous bill ever. Contacted them about that and never heard back. Just had them on this winter for ONE DAY during the last storm and my bill is almost $150 dollars higher than the previous month ... FOR ONE DAYS USE. A complete and total waste of time and money."
