I received 4 estimates to replace the cracked, pitted, sunken concrete floor in my 97-year-old detached garage. Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside. Also, as requested, the final floor was very smooth and ready for polishing/sealing. See before and after pics for comparison. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. "We hired Bay Brick Pavers after meeting with the owner, Ted Wilson. He suggestion specific paver patterns and colors after completing a detailed quote after a visit to our home. Our patio and pool area is complex due to the different elevations. Ted assured me that his crews have the experience to complete the project and transform our patio/ pool area into a beautiful, entertaining area. I had requested quotes from other companies who took the time to come out and measure our patio/pool but always failed to follow up with a quote.
