"Fabulous company, excellent experience. The cabinet builder I used gave me the names of two companies for the granite countertop I wanted. I went to the other one first because they were closer, but they did not have what I was looking for. While I was there, they called Raegan Winn (Natural Stone Design owner) to see if he could help me, and he said he could. This competitor highly recommended Natural Stone Design, as had the cabinet builder (Home-A-Rama). When I arrived at Natural Stone Design, I explained what I needed to the owner. He listened well and honed in on what I wanted, in spite of the fact that it wasn't going to be a big sale. The very first piece he showed me was exactly what i was looking for, the price was good, and I didn't look at anything else! He then turned me over to his right-hand man (Travis) who finalized the sale and set up the appointments for measuring and installation. The entire transaction from the time I drove up was probably just 30 minutes, and I'm still thrilled with the purchase--there are no regrets or feelings that I was rushed. Travis arrived promptly as scheduled for the measurements, and per my request, also measured my kitchen countertops. He followed up very quickly by email with a complimentary estimate for a future kitchen project with three different levels of countertop materials. The installation of my laundry room countertop occurred promptly on the date and time originally scheduled, installed with care, and did not take long at all. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The final product is beautiful, and I am a very happy customer! I would recommend this company to everyone."
