"Left behind concrete he was paid to take away as well as a pile of wood, water bottles and other debris that I had to clean up. When I gave him his final payment he stated he would pick up the cement when he, "had a truck in the area again". It's been two months and the cement is still there. Very poor communication. Did not remember the size of the floor joist we said we were installing (which were different than the ones on the plans) and my carpenter had a very difficult time working with him. My carpenter marked the height he wanted the walls on each side of the existing foundation and Dave made one side an inch and a half lower than he requested. Turned into a big mess. Not a pleasant experience."

That’s why it’s with a heavy heart I have to write this review July 2025. 8 MONTHS later all the work has FALLEN apart. 1. BLACKTOP the driveway. Puddles everywhere . NO restitution 2. Installed a FENCE UNEVENLY and blamed it on the ground. NO restitution 3. Didn’t finish placing ARTIFICIAL GRASS. Paid in full. NO restitution. 4. A GARAGE DOOR installed incorrectly never corrected. paid in full. NO restitution 5. His workers broke things. NO restitution. Those were the big jobs. Plenty of indoor small jobs have simply FALLEN APART. I’m a patient and empathetic person when I see how hard people work and especially in the summer heat.
