I was provided a timeframe confirmation the night prior to service, and an alert when the technician was soon to arrive, via JIC’s text service. I had an electrician already working in the house, so knowing this was very helpful. Erick arrived when expected and explained what he was going to do , and how. An inspection of a crushed vent tube concerned me, so Erick recommended we cut it out and join a new section to the vent. Knowing this is a point where exhausted lint could back up and become a fire hazard was extremely helpful. Erick shared with me photographs and video of the exterior exiting of lint buildup in my vent from outside the house. Impressive JIC could offer me this. Otherwise, Erick was efficient, neat in his work and very personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend JiC to anyone for dryer vent cleaning!"

"Steve put up a sliding screen door that I bought on line from Home Depot. He did a spectacular job. He knows how to read directions and when the door was completed in under 30 minutes it worked perfectly. He is a perfectionist and very neat workman. Hire him for any job that requires a skilled craftsman. He does superior work . When he was finished I asked him to complete another job I had been putting off; Removing and cleaning the down spout in front of my house; He did it and also took the time to add a leaf catcher so It wont have to be removed again.
