I called a few places before Losch and got nothing but a runaround. Finally called Losch and they came out and did an estimate. I hired them and we agreed on a start date. They canceled the first two scheduled start dates, but finally showed on the third go. At that point everything went pretty well, he worked thru till it was done. He is so good, I am almost reluctant to publicize him for fear he gets backed up with so many orders, he will run out of time for working for me. <br /> He is the ideal handyman, took twenty minutes at the most to put in my new heating element and the charge was negligible. He combines thoroughness with efficiency and comes out with quality work. He also did repairs on my front porch a year ago which are still perfectly maintained.
