He went to the thermostat and pointed to my problem. I had the fan on even though I had the a/c off. It's a new thermostat and it wasn't fully explained to me how to use it. "The two man work crew arrived exactly when promised.  The work was completed in about 5 hours (as estimated).  We had previously had a problem with drainage of the air conditioning condensation and therefore had moist air being ventilated through the house.  This had caused mold to begin to grow on the registers and discoloration of some of the walls.  We had a plumbing company correct the drainage issue.  Ron's not only cleaned the air ducts, but thoroughly cleaned the registers and the discolored areas on the walls.  We were very pleased with the work completed.  The final bill was exactly as estimated, they arrived on time, and completed the work in the time estimated. <br />"

"The guys did a great job. I was upset that the flooding in SC this year damaged all the ductwork under my house. I had recieved 4 estimates from larger air conditioning companies all which gave me a bigger estimate for less work. Michael came out to my home for an estimate and I immediately trusted his judgement of replacing all of it and adding more metal ducts. Better yet the one giving the estimate was the actual person going to come out to do the job. When they arrived I have never seen a more hard working 2 man crew. "Everything was handled efficiently and with the utmost professionalism.  I suspected that I had a sensor failure on my gas furnace, but had Cordell come out and do a full look-over.  They confirmed that my problem was the sensor, and even helped clean out the dust, etc which had caused the sensor failure.  When I asked if I need a new furnace (due to it being about 10 years old) they were honest with their feedback and treated me very courteously.  Would definitely use again. <br />"
