The technician thoroughly explained the training program for my six-month old poodle mix so that he could learn the boundaries. I was left with an instruction sheet and told to call if there were any problems or questions. I followed the program as instructed and my puppy learned and responded to the beeping of the collar very quickly. I can go to the mailbox or neighbor's yard knowing that my puppy will stay in the yard! He usually waits for me at the front door :-) I'm so glad that we chose to have the fence installed to keep the rascal safe!"

"David showed up on time and did some extra work like pick up drywall for me and deliver it , but the fence work was so-so. They didn't cut the bottoms of the new fence pieces off evenly with the old fencing, so I had to call them back to fix that, which they did. They installed a new gate handle and it was flimsily made and after 4 months, has now broken off, so I have to go replace that one. Nice guys overall, but workmanship needed a little polish."
