"Weather impacted the time line but we knew from our first meeting that Mr. Arthur was the right contractor. He talked us through the process, gave us ideas to help design the deck we wanted and he and DeDe kept us informed throughout the entire process. We Are very satisfied with the work and get lots of compliments, even other contractors who have come for other jobs have complimented the workmanship of the fence and deck. They are great people who stand behind their work. I waited a bit to post my review to see if they would come like they said if there were any issues and when we had a minor issue, they came within that week and took care of the issue. "Atlanta Dog Watch is the company you need to use to install an electric fence. We have hired them twice. They install a fence for us in Alpharetta and the second job at our new house on Lake Lanier. They were able to install the fence the day after we moved in which was perfect. Would not think of using anyone else. Great job Atlanta Dog Watch!"

"I wanted to take the time to come on and write a 5- star review because I had a really great experience with Allied Fence, in particular Larry! I had a unique job, and was looking for a fence that was aesthetically pleasing and also secure from coyotes because we have an issue with them on our property, and I wanted to protect my small dogs. I didn’t even know where to begin. I had another company out first to quote us the job, and they were useless in advising me on those things. I wasn’t sure what type of fence would be right. Working with Larry with Allied, on the contrary, was amazing. He is a passionate worker and truly wanted to help me get the best fence for the purpose and also look nice. He advised me toward a regular 6’ cedar fence with coyote rollers along the top, and I couldn’t be happier with the end result! There were some bumps along the way, later on, because the fence dried over the following months and the coyote rollers needed maintenance and some bolts needed to be tightened. Some brackets also needed to be replaced with longer ones to make the rollers fully functional after the fence had dried and moved. That being said, I called Larry and Allied sent a crew out THREE more times to fix every little thing, and now it’s perfect! No extra charge for the added labor. They stand by the quality of their work. My thanks to Larry and the Allied team!"

"From the beginning to the end of the replacement of our leaky, hail damaged roof, Southern Specialty has proven to be a professional, thorough, and conscientious company to work with. Glenn and Steve were instrumental in ensuring the project, despite the rain, was on track and completed to our satisfaction in one day! It was obvious the hard-working, expert crew knew what they had to do to get the job done and we are so pleased!"

"They charge $95 just to come to the house. An outrageous amount. Then, they charge $60/hour for service. When the technician showed up, she didn't have the part with her because the dispatcher failed to provide her with the information on our system prior to her leaving the warehouse. Strike one. Then, after analyzing our issue (our cat has outsmarted the fence), she spent 20 minutes in the car speaking with dispatch. (Remember? They charge $60 per hour. Seems I could have made the call in about 3 minutes.) A quote came back for the service call and device, $265!! Meanwhile, Angie's List has a posted discount of 5% for this company, and they claimed that they were unaware of any deal, and were quite rude about it. I challenged them to simply check online and not to take my word for it. The company reluctantly decided to provide me with a $15 discount, which seemed disingenuous, since the price for the call and product was astronomical, anyway. In short, if you haven't installed your electronic pet fence, run, don't walk, to another provider. <br />"

"Great customer service by the on-site estimator. The two carpenters were highly skilled and quick, constructing the fence in four hours start to finish. My complaints are that once I paid half of the quote as a down payment, I didn't hear from the scheduler at all. After a week, I finally had to make the call to make sure my fence was scheduled and that I wasn't swindled. The other is the miscommunication between the office and the carpenters, as the fence was being constructed with a stepped pattern. Luckily I got this corrected early in the framing."
