Water leaks into our new patio enclosure and this company refuses to resolve this issue, no longer responds to us. Cannot upload photos because they are, apparently, too large. A $42k useless structure!"

"Poorly. Old Castle exceeded the one month estimate and completion took 3 1/2 months. They exhibited poor communication skills, were unresponsive and careless, significantly damaging our existing bathroom vanities, kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink and failed to cover our outdoor terrace, left caked up cement and adhesives on the surface which therefor needs repair/repainting. We eventually agreed a resolution with them but they did not do any of the agreed repairs to our vanities. We have never posted a negative review on social media but strongly recommend that you select a different contractor."
