I was charged to the parts and labor to replace both. Costs are not disclosed. For example, I was charged $198.89 for MH.MRE.605.0100 and $115.90 for MH.MTA.000.0004. Eventually I found out that the $115.90 was to locate and pick up the parts. There was also a Service Charge. When I asked what that was for, I was told "a fee for lack of a better term." "Howard does very good work and very dependable. Unfortunately, he was unable to finish the job because he was called to another site for inspection. The work was completed by a very nice gentleman but he used my trash can to mix the grout and used it for water to spread the grout. Unfortunately, I had to clean my trash can. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done.
