The work required a door installation, roof repair, siding installation and aluminum covering of gutter boards and soffits. Seperate crews were provided for each requirement. Excellent workmanship. Tom was extremely responsive and helpful, and even though they don't do roofing repairs (only full replacements), Tom sent his foreman over to patch our roof as an emergency short-term fix while we looked into options for having the old roof replaced with a TPC membrane. There have been heavy rains in the meantime, and the temporary patch has saved us from taking on more water and causing further damage to drywall and floors. Showed up on the appointed day and time. Confirmed the price and provided a proposal in writing which I agreed to and gave him a deposit. The shingles were delivered and a date was set for the work. They came on that day stripped the roof inspected the plywood found one bad sheet called to tell me about it and took a picture to confirm. They were done the same day.
