"It went okay. The serviceman explained the charges and the possibility his snaking the pipe (old, galvanized) would produce a hole. Of course, the pipe produced a hole. This was a separate charge from the cleaning to have the serviceman cut a hole in my wall and replace the pipe. He was clean and professional.
