"They were punctual, friendly, and professional. They were exorbitantly priced. To remove a toilet and put in a little shut-off valve for the toilet. It was $375 for the toilet and $195 for the valve. It took him an hour and a half. The deal that Angie's List has coming up with them is $250 to put a camera, and snake a sewer drain. My experience was, they wanted to sell me a new sewer. It would have cost $9000 just for inside the house, they'd have had to dig up the basement. The guy was a good salesman. We got a second opinion, and the guy said that we didn't need a new sewer. They are in the business of selling sewers. I would tell people if they say it's going to be a big job, get a second opinion. I would not use them again. I thought the prices were way out of line. As soon as I called them, they were right on top of it. I got someone else to come in and finish it. They did refund some of the money. They are not despicable. Their prices are ridiculous."
