I called and they sent out Paul. Very professional and experienced tech. He found a leak, and traced it to the source, and fixed it. He redid the patch, and was extremely professional!

I would call Sullivan back and ask for Paul. I asked him about the other services, and he told me about the HVAC, and he said that they could install furnaces, annual checks on HVAC.

I appreciate all that was done to make the job done right. I feel that 3 visits is not their norm I just feel that the had a technician here that needed to be shadowing an experienced tech.
